In lieu of issuing letter grades for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school years, HEA 1591 requires IDOE to develop a school performance report for public and state accredited non-public schools to post on their websites by October 15, 2023. IDOE is also required to provide the General Assembly with future accountability recommendations by December 1, 2024.
